Why classic process optimisation has stopped working.
Silo-driven.
- Optimisation of departments instead of end-to-end processes.
- Responsibility is diffused. No one is responsible for the whole thing.
- Local efficiency gains create global friction.
Slowly.
- Months of analysis, little implementation.
- Insolese before they arrive.
- Momentum is lost. Start again.
Solution-blinded.
- Fixed on Actual Processes Instead of Customer Benefits.
- technology, data and AI below.
- Innovation is excluded before it begins.
From scattered initiatives to strategic programs. From application to end-to-end business process. From AI+ to AI-Tansformation.
WAS IST DER PROCESS SPRINT?
Focussed Decision format.
No counselling project. No analysis report. The Process Sprint is a structured work format in which your team understands, designs, tests and decides on a critical business process together.
The result is not a concept that must be interpreted afterwards. It is a to tuned process design to which everyone is determined. Governance, communication and implementation plan included.
Methodology: Design Thinking, Systems Thinking, Lean Start-Up. Not as a framework lecture, but as a practised way of working.
How ambitious are you?
Choose the correct lever.
The transformational changes affect the renewal of business processes or the entire operating model have the greatest impact on the organisation.
The process sprint addresses levels 3 to 5. Not baby steps. No repair of symptoms.
Their ambition and process vision determine the degree of automation and the possibilities of digital process transformation.

Our Approach
Scope & Setup. SPRINT. Implementation.
Jede Phase hat ein klares Ergebnis. Kein Schritt ohne Konsequenz. Vom Design Brief zur nachgewiesenen Wirkung. Dauer gesamt: 6 Wochen plus Umsetzung.
Scope & Setup
01
Prepare
Design letter, information, training, sprint planning. Foundation, orientation and commitment of the team. Result: Prepared.
Focus & clarity in context
Week 1
Sprint 1
Navigate
Perform analysis. Develop vision. Challenge-Framing. Clear challenge as an orientation framework for the design.
02
Clear challenge
Week 2
Sprint 2
Reconnoitre
Generate ideas. Develop and test concepts. Customise concepts. Speed and transparency through tested solution concepts with mutual consent.
03
Validised ideas
Week 3
Sprint 3
Strengthen
Assess risks. Experience & Architecture Blueprinting. Create a storyboard. Reduction of the risk of misdevelopment. Hardened concepts.
04
Hardened Erfogs Concepts
Week 4
Sprint 4
Start
Develop a roadmap. Ideas Profiles. Process pitch. Binding decision on the end-to-end process design and the measures.
05
Adopted process design
Week 5
Implementation
Prepare
Plan a product. Plan implementation. Sprint Sunset Accelerate implementation through collaboration and integration of product planning.
06
Proven effect
Week 6
Exploratory design
Choose your lenses
Challenges are viewed from different perspectives. Ideas from different perspectives are condensed into success concepts.
Make better use of existing resources. Make unnecessary complexity visible and remove it in a targeted manner. Clarify process responsibility.
Explicitly design interfaces between areas. Dissolve silos by common target images. Clear responsibility for the entire process.
Process innovation consistently backwards from customer benefit. Not incremental, but rethought. Ambitious and ambitious.
Process re-design digital and AI-driven. AI agents orchestrate where it has an effect. From +AI to AI transformation.
Combination of process, technology and data. Intelligent automation and process orchestration. Realisation maturity as a benchmark.
User experience at the centre. T-Shaped core team designs together. Commitment arises in the process, not by proclamation afterwards.
Results
What changes afterwards
Strategic. OPERATIONAL. Risk-conscious. The sprint provides a clear, shared target picture with prioritised actions that allow immediate implementation and minimise risk.
Binding decision on end-to-end process design. Everyone involved helped shape it. The result is worn, not prescribed.
Potential assessment AI & automation
Realistic assessment of the possibilities for intelligent automation, AI and agentic AI in the specific process context.
Business and IT share the same picture of the process. No more different "truths". A solid basis for all further decisions.
Misconceptions become visible before implementation, through fast experimentation in the sprint. Not after when corrections are expensive.

- Change-Ready
Independent, clear and at eye level
I help executives, digital leaders and innovators to drive digitalisation for more performance with confidence: focussing on what matters, accelerating innovation and making lasting positive changes.
Independently, clearly and at eye level, I do not provide standard answers, but create space for strategic thinking and courageous decisions.
Ready for change
For those the sprint makes sense.
Der Process Sprint funktioniert nicht für jede Situation. Ehrlichkeit darüber spart uns beiden Zeit.
Good suitable if ...
There is a willingness to organise together instead of waiting for results.
A business process has become a real bottleneck: for impact, speed or scaling.
Business, IT and specialised departments have different "truths" about the process.
A jump is necessary, no further detail optimisation. High transformation pressure, limited time.
Early involvement of all involved is seen as a success factor, not as an effort.
Not suitable if ...
The will to make real tensions of your organisation work.
Willingness to make decisions within clearly set windows.
Openness to a system of structure, roles and governance.
Focus and commitment. Change becomes prioritised work.
Frequently asked questions
Before you decision.
The questions that leadership teams ask before a sprint. Clearly answered.
A design thinking workshop usually ends with ideas or prototypes. The Process Sprint ends with a binding decision on an end-to-end process design, an implementation plan, and the commitment of all parties involved to implementation. It explicitly integrates governance, communication, technology and architectural perspectives. This is not a workshop. This is a decision format.
Sechs Wochen Gesamtlaufzeit.
AI is one of several innovation prospects. It is included when it is relevant to the process and the level of ambition. The sprint actively prevents technology from becoming a starting point instead of a centre. Customer benefit and process effectiveness come first. If AI makes sense, it is built in a structured way: AI, GenAI, Agentic AI or intelligent automation.
Both are possible and proven. The sprint is designed for both modes. The decision depends on the team, the process topic and the availability. In the preparation, we will coordinate this together.
Next step
No pitch. A conversation.
30 minutes. I’ll listen to what your process topic is. Then we both say if a sprint makes sense. Without sales logic.
